Technical Project Manager, Kyiv

Project Description

We are looking for a talented Project Manager, who would like to join our team in Kyiv.
Our platform helps the bank to increase efficiency and scalability, reduce operational risk and eliminate the majority of manual interventions in processing margin calls. The platform is a set of front-end tools and back-end engines.

Responsibilities

– Establish and maintain a standard set of practices, processes and templates for managing projects consistently and efficiently to reduce project related risk and costs
– Review workload of team members, maintain JIRA’s and validate team load
– Prepare release documentation, gather release approvals
– Provide RAG status to Client’s Senior Management
– Collaborate with technical staff and SMEs.

Skills

Must have

– 3+ years of PM experience
– Ability to collect, consolidate and process data from different team members
– Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
– Data analysis technics
– Experience in communication to Program Management/Stakeholder level
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

– Experience in Investment banking is a big advantage
– MSSQL knowledge
– Advanced user of Jira tool
