Our new IT Integration Manager’s main task is to drive the successful conclusions of the integration and implementation of 3Shape solutions with our customers. You will service the Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), Universities and Government market segments located in EMEA region. We have a huge focus on customer satisfaction and your role will play a key part in our ambitions to consistently raise the satisfaction level in the customer journey.
You will ensure that the solution meets expectations upon launch, and that the customer understands how to use it, and how they will benefit from it. In the post implementation phase, you will provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors. You will also participate in pre-sales situations to pre-sales situations to share your technical expertise (i.e. system features, API functionality, data file requirements, data migration, etc.) and acting as liaison with the internal team during the integration up to the roll-out or system launch.
The role is reporting to the Director, Strategic Accounts EMEA. You will be part of team of Key Account, Customer Success- and other IT Integration managers. You will interact with internal teams like Product Management and R&D to prioritize development needs to architecture, design, build, and implementation of new features which will help drive DSO/university sales. You will collaborate with 3Shape country managers and sales professionals on an everyday basis.
We are looking for a profile that brings:
- +6 years of experience in an IT role
- Solid knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, client-server setup, cloud services
- Experience with VMware or Citrix
- Technical writing skills
- Good project management skills
- Understanding of product management
- Experience from a customer facing role and handling different stakeholders
- Basic programming skills for writing PowerShell or command prompt scripts
- Excellent written/verbal English language skills

If you are located in Copenhagen, Denmark or Kyiv, Ukraine it would be an advantage, but you can also be working from another 3Shape location as long as you have a can-do attitude and is proactive in your approach.
