Kubient, Inc (NASDAQ: KBNT), a technology company in New York City, is currently seeking an experienced Technical Writer professional with extensive familiarity with the ad tech ecosystem and key trends as well as experience of grasping complex technical concepts and making them easily understandable in text and pictures. To better communicate with our technology team based in Russia, the ability to communicate in Russian is a plus but not required.
Main Responsibilities
Determine the needs of users of technical documentation
Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
Work with technical staff to make products and instructions easier to use
Write or revise supporting content for products
Edit material prepared by other writers or staff
Incorporate animation, graphs, illustrations, or photographs to increase users’ understanding of the material
Select appropriate medium, such as manuals or videos, for message or audience
Standardize content across platforms and media
Collect user feedback to update and improve content
Be a leader with proven ability to identify opportunities, set priorities, put in place and execute correct strategies to convert opportunities into real business.

Qualifications
Experience in real time bidding, AdTech, AdOps is big plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Able to sit in front of a computer for long hours at a time
Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
Excellent written skills in English
The ability to communicate, verbally, in Russian a plus, but not required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Extensive familiarity with the ad tech ecosystem and key trend
Exceptional reputation; an influencer and skilled negotiator with vision and experience working across many areas and levels of an organization
Strong personal relationships with leading digital media agencies, programmatic platforms, and programmatic advertisers
