Routine responsibilities include organizing outreach activities and events, providing logistical support for events, guest speakers and visiting scholars, managing public information and community relations activities, carrying out daily office operations, preparing orders and payments, maintaining records, assisting with grant preparation and implementation, managing the Center’s online presence.
The Program Coordinator is expected to prioritize multiple tasks according to time sensitivity and importance, and to demonstrate independent thinking and resourcefulness in utilizing university and external resources to obtain information and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Occasional evening and/or weekend work hours required.
