We are looking for SMM & Community Manager to manage the company’s existing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube channel) as well as develop from scratch new social media networks and serve as a key point of contact for these social media platforms. We would like to find a person who will be ready to dive into the work and take on all (or almost all) tasks asap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Developing and implementing social media marketing strategy and campaigns
- Developing a bot for the corporate website
- An increasing number of subscriptions and conversions from social networks to the corporate website
- Growing and maintaining community loyalty by interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts in a professional, personable, and timely manner
- Launching advertising campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Setting key performance indicators for social media campaigns and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
- Generating comprehensive reports on social media campaigns and overall community sentiment and notable trends and providing meaningful feedback
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- At least 2 years of experience in SMM and community management (portfolio is required)
- Fluent English is a must
- Knowledge of Photoshop and minimal design skills to be able to create simple images by yourself
- Proven experience in launching advertising campaigns
- Experience in working with Web-analytics tools to provide detailed performance reports
- Ability to work without micromanagement
- Creativity and literacy
