Our client is the second-largest writer of commercial general liability insurance and the fourth-largest commercial property-casualty insurance company, serving the global corporate, large corporate, middle market, specialties and programs sectors in North America region. We provide Consulting, Cloud services, Desktop support, Application Modernization, Development and Maintenance services for the customer.. Underwriting Desktop is a web application developed on Salesforce communities platform. This application is used by Underwriters for Quoting, Binding and Issuing policies. USA and Canada users will use this application. This application ultimately gives customers self-support, access their policies, risk engineering, broker network. This tool differentiates from the market when compared with other carriers. Claims self-service, Policy access, endorsement details are done currently.
• Will be working on New enhancements that are currently in progress
• Interact with BAs who translate users requests.

Responsibilities
• Meet with PMs and BAs to determine CRM needs.
• Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Design and code Salesforce applications to implement requirements
• Identify technical, schedule, and other project risks and provide relevant feedback
provided by BAs.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the application software.
Skills
Must have
• Experience with Salesforce Communities Cloud.
• Previous work experience with application and software development.
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
• Advanced knowledge of salesforce CRM platforms.
• Good communication skills.
