Financial Planning&Reporting Manager

Kyivstar is looking for Financial Planning&Reporting Manager to join our team.

The role implies:

Management of the budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts: process orchestration, challenge of the functional budgets, consolidation

Five-year business planning: process orchestration, development of view on long-term trends, challenge of the functional plans, consolidation

Preparation of Management report and supporting enquiries – verification of figure, analyzing and commenting the result

Management of the budget control process

Internal communication and interaction with group HQ- Submission of data in ERP and system improvements as well as technical support (testing, data input, KPI maintenance)

Capex management 

Position does not require direct subordinates

Our dream applicant:

 Has strong modelling and financial analysis skills, is an advanced Excel user

Understands financial reporting and has excellent knowledge of Balance Sheet and Cash Flow

 Is able to review and analyze complex projections under tight deadlines

 Thinks critically, challenges and validates incoming information

 Can easily communicate in a multicultural environment both orally and in writing, has strong English Skills (especially, written)

 Has CFA, ACCA or is in process of is in process of obtaining

 Has a service mindset, treats internal clients with great care
