Job Description:
Work location Cocoa – Florida Solar Energy Center: Provides administrative support and assistance to several departments, administrative areas or executives. Performs administrative and clerical functions for various units.
Duties include answering phones, greeting/referring/assisting visitors, customers, staff, or others, preparing documents and reports, compiling records, scheduling meetings, organizing and maintaining information, coordinating calendars, and providing high-level administrative assistance to executives.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to interact with the general public, media, and personnel across multiple campuses.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or WorkDay software.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, advanced skill in Microsoft Word, and experience using social media platforms or web publishing software such as WordPress is desired.
Meeting or event planning experience preferred.
Fluency in Spanish a plus.
