The New Graduate Development Rotation Program (NGDP) is an 18-month program with three – six month rotations through Visa’s functions. The NGDP program supports Visa’s mission to build a strong entry level pipeline of talent with cross-functional knowledge and experience. Associates rotate through three functions of the business, including: Product – Digital Solutions, Client Services, and Merchant Sales & Acquiring. In addition to meaningful rotations, Associates are given training & development, mentoring, networking and leadership exposure.
Rotational Assignments include:
Product – Digital Solutions:
Visa’s Digital Solutions Product group is responsible for providing the product platforms required to deliver on Visa’s Digital strategy and goals, with the Visa Token Service (“VTS”) platform the key enabler. The Solutions Delivery team works with the key ecosystem stakeholders (including issuers, acquirers, and tech partners) to optimize the platform’s performance and enhance the benefits tokens bring to the ecosystem. The associate will focus on supporting the overall strategy, analysis, and optimization of token implementations both on Issuer side (Face2Facetokenization and PAYs implementation) and Acquirer/Merchant/Gateway sides (Card-Not-Present tokenization), with the opportunity to help drive product adoption.
The associate will also have an opportunity to support and learn from other areas of innovative digital solutions like Click2Pay, Tap2Phone, Pay On Delivery, Urban Mobility solutions.
Some things you might work on during your Digital Solutions rotation include:
- Business analytics lead: Build, manage, communicate and drive goals and KPI’s tracking and reporting for ecosystem token optimization – in Face2Face and eCommerce environments
- Client enablement: Support implementation efforts by creating and managing analytical tools, metrics, trends, dashboards and best practices, and with ad-hoc analysis
- Partners enablement: participate in establishing partnerships with solution vendors and service providers, contractual engagement, project implementation tracking, launch and post-launch support
- Post-launch solutions tracking and optimization: progress assessment, feedback collection, product enhancement recommendations
- Strategic initiatives: Own and drive strategic optimization initiatives end-to-end, working cross-functionally across teams towards time-sensitive goals and outcomes
- Engage directly with Visa’s issuers and external partners to help further optimize product performance and expand Digital solutions adoption
- Influence Visa data structures and reporting tools for new Digital products and solutions
Client Services:
The global client support group works with locally deployed client service experts to develop and deliver the support model for Visa Inc. issuers, acquirers, processors and merchants worldwide. This includes day-to-day operations and product support, specialized help desks, back office support and customer performance reporting.
Some things you might work on during your CS rotation include:
- Respond to routine operational service and support inquiries from Visa client institutions.
- Provide information and direction for customers regarding VisaNet Core Application Services, General Transaction Research, Billing, User ID and similar queries.
- Perform transaction and process research to analyze potential technical or operational problems or issues.
- Manage few basic or pre-basic level implementation projects with Visa client entities, including client consultation regarding service implementation, raising request tickets to Visa internal counterparts, tracking progress of the project, project updates and status calls with Visa client.
- Complete data entry in a timely and accurate manner for assigned client institutions
- Log service requests plus resolutions in a timely and accurate manner for call or problem tracking and knowledge base software applications.
- Work with stakeholders within CSS (Client Support Services) and non-CSS organizations to resolve client issues.
- Be accountable for delivering against commitments to clients.
- Organized in tasks and activities.
- Develop process improvement procedures to improve operational efficiency
Merchant Sales & Acquiring:
Merchant Sales & Acquiring Team helps merchants and acquirers grow through innovative offerings that enable secure, digital commerce. The Merchant Sales and Acquiring team is focused on ensuring that merchants and acquirers prefer Visa. We want our clients to see Visa as a trusted strategic partner that delivers tangible value and is easy to do business with.
We are focused on building deeper merchant and acquirer relationships by helping these partners solve their complex and varied needs, including: Growing sales and customer loyalty, expanding access and usage, enabling omni-channel commerce experiences, reducing risk and fraud, streamlining operations and reducing complexity, and protect and grow PV/revenue contribution
Some things you might work on during your MS&A rotation include (but not limited):
- Support team in the development of new initiatives/solutions, implement marketing/usage initiatives targeting traditional and new merchant segments
- Supporting in developing and growing Visa’s business with clients
- Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments and functions to assure an appropriate and timely response to clients’ requests and needs, proactively following up on pending matters
- Reporting, researching and analysis
- Proactively provide continuous feedback for improving existing processes and activities that are affecting our sales force and clients.
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently In a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program ( Computer Science, all Engineering disciplines, Physics, Mathematics, Business/Commerce/Economics)
- Graduate by summer 2021 (Fresh graduates)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent

This position will be performed in an office setting.
