This project is one of the most critical areas within Investment Banking, Asset Management for Passive products. In order to align our customer needs, support AUM growth and market expansion, and help them to be on the top of the market, we elaborated close interaction with the business; BA being on the edge of this collaboration.
Applications under our management are connected to varios in- and outbound data providers, like BNY, Bloomberg or JPM, which involves solid understanding of business domain and model. Being close to the real successfull business give an outstanding opportunity for the personal development in Asset Management and IT.
Our well-formed and closely cooperative team has a full ownership of SDLC from requirements gathering to production support providing customers and stakeholdes the best quality in Agile way.
Position of Business Analyst in the project offers an opportunity to develop AM domain skills combining compensated certification or other training mechanism with practical experience in world-wise known Bank.

Responsibilities

Close cooperation with business users;
Creation of of Business Cases, Use Cases and User Stories;
Document Business and functional/non-functional requirements;
Support UAT testing;
Connect business users and development team.

Skills

Must have

Solid experience as Business/Functional Analyst within the Investment Banking/Asset Management industry;
Good understanding of Passive investment instruments;
Business Process Modelling experience;
Strong planning and documentation abilities;
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL;
Experience with Excel functions and VBA;
Understanding of SDLC;
General knowledge of J2EE-based tools.
