Responsibilities

Responsible for collaborating with content, video and marketing managers throughout the content editing process

Determine and define project scope and objectives

Ensure content projects are running along smoothly and not blocked

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

Track project costs

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Define OKR’s and KPI’s for team members

Ensure that the content editing teams are aligned with the video editing team and marketing department on tasks related to marketing are completed as part of the content editing process.

Requirements

Native German speaker is a must

Excellent written and spoken communication in English is mandatory. Knowledge of, French, Spanish or Russian is a plus.

Ability to play Chess (no requirement to be a strong player)

Have a Chessable account and use it on a regular basis is a plus

Active interest in chess and chess culture today is a plus
