As Client Service Manager you will act as a dedicated or designated liaison between the company and customer to improve customer satisfaction and to meet service legal agreements. You will be responsible for the timely resolution of day-to-day problems and beak/fix incidents for technical or operations issues.
THE SKILLS SET NEEDED
At least 8+ years’ experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Avaya product knowledge required.
Bilingual (English/Russian) required.
Project Management experience required.
Ability to present and summarize, complete situations to customers who may not be technical required.
Ability to travel to sites for regular and emergency customer meetings required.
Valid Driver’s License required.
