Project Description
Luxoft’s in-house ad agency, is seeking for a Creative Director with a deep understanding of visual symbols, branding and cultural trends, combined with ability to step into the customer’s shoes and reflect deep insight visually.
Once on board, you will be responsible for shaping creative direction of the Luxoft brand and managing creative team, while reporting to the Head of Marketing Department. You are going to be involved in creating and developing ideas for all types of creative works including ABM campaigns, B2B and B2E campaigns, BTL production, video production, brand and digital communication strategies.
Responsibilities
• Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion
• Developing creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and advance brand strategy
• Ensuring the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to make sure earnings, growth and profit goals are achieved
• Supervising and inspiring the creative team
• Generating multiple concepts for a campaign or a project
• Working with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and creative proposals
• Directing and motivating teams of art directors, motion designers, illustrators and copywriters to help them use their talents effectively
• Providing quality control over concepts and projects, approving/rejecting ideas and providing feedback to the team
• Monitoring the results of team efforts and proposing actions for the future
• Other responsibilities delegated by Manager
Skills
Must have
• Extensive management experience and a track record of working with large-scale campaigns, websites, e-marketing, and advertising (+8 years)
• Master’s degree in Arts or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of design principles, brand development, interactive commerce, and the creative process
• A working knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography and the limitations of the internet; applying best practices in user interface and interactive design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to the team and develop innovative motion graphics solutions
• Awareness of the latest production techniques, tools and materials
• Having an eye for the best in contemporary art and design
• Ability to apply creative thinking to business problems
• Ability to lead projects from concept to completion
• Exceptional communication skills that allow to “sell” in an inspirational way
• Passion for creating campaigns and assets that resonate emotionally with people; being imaginative and full of ideas
• Organization, diligence, and a readiness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in running mature creative team
• Ability to make evaluative judgment
• Experience in using JIRA software or other project management tools (nice to have)
• Proficiency in English

• Knowledge of Scrum techniques (nice to have)
