LIBERTY Dental Plan is NOW HIRING immediate positions in our Las Vegas, NV office to support our East Coast Operations. Shifts will range 5AM-5PM PST (8AM-8PM EST). As one of the nation’s fastest-growing dental insurance plans, we are seeking only the BEST to help our nearly 6 million valued members.
The Member Services Representative (MSR) is expected to provide excellent customer service to all incoming/outgoing callers and answer and document inquiries related to dental benefits, eligibility, provider information, claims, pre-estimates/pre-authorizations, grievance and appeals, fulfillment requests and other miscellaneous inquiries.
- Maintain a quality score of 95% or greater
- Answer 80+ calls per day
- Review and respond to all email communications no later than 24 hours from receipt.
- Conduct outbound calls and/or campaigns when directed.
- Thoroughly document all customer transactions in host system.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts to ensure optimal phone coverage.
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory guidelines.
- Safeguard and secure all PHI from misuse in strict accordance with LIBERTYs Information Security Policies and Procedures.
- Follow safety guidelines outlined by LIBERTY Dental Plans Illness and Injury Prevention Program.
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years in Customer Service/Call Center required
- 2+ years in Dental, Dental Assisting, Treatment Coordinating, or Healthcare highly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to listen, answer questions, problem solve, and build rapport with our members
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Solid typing skills (40Â wpm)
- Warm, pleasant and enthusiastic phone demeanor
- Ability to multi-task and answer a high volume of inbound calls (no sales!)
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to follow guidelines (HIPAA, etc.)
- Preferred, but not required:
- Call center or related background
- Bilingual in Vietnamese, Spanish, Russian, or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred. Ability to speak, read, write and understand English required.
