Dental Front Office Coordinator Wanted:

Our busy General Dentistry practice consists of a father and son doctor duo, as well as a talented team who are always committed to the success and positive outcomes for our patients.
We are currently seeking a professional who exhibits the following:

We are dedicated to our team and their success/professional growth, both in probationary period and long-term commitment with our practice.
This is a full-time position, a 4 day work week Mon.-Thurs., and the hours are typically 8:00AM-5:00PM.
We offer competitive compensation, which is determined based on experience and exhibition of talent.
Expectations of a DENTAL Front Office Coordinator:
- Greet patients as if they are family members or friends walking into your home
- Have good phone skills as well as being able to respond to emails with patients
- Be able to appropriately manage patient scheduling for a busy two-doctor practice
- Accurately obtain new patients’ detailed insurance information and update insurances as needed
- Be capable of using various computer functions
- Be able to efficiently enter accurate insurance estimates on the spot
- Be capable in requesting patient payments at time of service (Example: co-pays, deductibles, etc.)
- Immediately collect on outstanding claims and patient balances
- Be very organized, prepared, and forward thinking
- Manage patient referrals
- Be able to answer patient questions about procedures/post-operative questions
- Be able to submit claims both electronically and manually with appropriate attachments (x-rays and photographs)
Other Experience Desired:
* Bi-lingual or Multi-lingual (Russian, Romanian, Moldovan)
