Responsibilities:
- The content deployment upon request to customer’s CRM / CLM system.
- The content metadata setup according to the checklist in the customer’s CRM / CLM system.
- The content distribution for target audience, verification of the content availability
- The content lifecycle management
- Processing of incoming request (Mail, Jira) regarding content deployment and content related issue
- Resolve Issues with content availability and functioning in collaboration with Development Teams
- Handling of Emails Broadcasting on demand
- Customer feedback and requirements processing
- eWizard product support in regards to integrations and publishing services
- Management of content deployment documentation in Confluence and SharePoint
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- 2+ years of deployment or content management experience
- Ability to maintain up-to-date documentation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of CRM/CLM systems purpose and basics
- Digital tech: asset or content platform experience, with at least 2 years’ experience using an asset management system.
- Content: experience/appreciation of the content development and deployment
- Adobe Experience Manager background a plus
- Tridion web content management system experience a plus
- Basic understanding and ability to work with html and css
- General understanding of how front-end technology works
- Relentlessly resourceful, always thinking outside the box to solve complex problems.
