As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and several members of the Executive Leadership Team, you will take part in vital functions to ensure the executives are able to navigate effectively and efficiently through their daily workload. Additionally, you will be coordinating communications with KKR and the Board of Directors.
What will you do?
You will administer tasks such as:
Calendar management, organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders for the Executive Leadership Team;
Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects;
Preparing presentations for various projects and meetings such as company monthly meetings, supporting board deck work, etc.;
Coordinate and book domestic and international travel;
Processing of expense reports;
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of global and local events and meetings;
Manage tasks and projects; and
Maintain the approvals pipeline for the executive team.
Qualifications required:
5+ years of proven and recent experience in a similar role at a Senior Management Level or above;
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task;
Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines;
Superior written and oral communication skills;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite;
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones;
Strong diplomacy, maturity, and professionalism;
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion while sharing information;
Experience in travel coordination;
Attention to detail;
Dependability and act as a gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to executives as needed; and
Be proactive and able to work autonomously
Bonus qualifications:
Experience working in M&A, Legal, Finance or HR practice groups
Fluency in other languages (French, German, Russian)
