Right now we are looking for an Executive Assistant with superior attention to detail, great organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple critical requests.

handle and route tasks, including independently decides what to do with an issue received from the CEO: do it yourself, hand it off to another employee, or hire an outside contractor

ensure that all issues are done before the deadline

track progress of company’s projects, prepare interim reports and summaries
-
prepare quarterly and annual presentations and summaries in cooperation with other stakeholders

process and consolidate information, prepare reviews and summaries
-
time tracking (help CEO plan and effectively distribute his work time)

make preparations for meetings (collect information about participants, pack it for the boss in a concise form)

seek and analyze various information (best practices, new solutions)

maintain documentation

assist with personal matters

carry out constant networking

at least a bachelor’s degree is required

3+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a digital marketing organization

strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners

highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
