We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in Lviv (Magnus) team and help us optimize our processes in preparation for our upcoming product launch.
What will you be doing?
- Analyzing current and past financial data, performing financial forecasting based on analyzed data;
- Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts;
- Creating and preparing reports (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc), financial models for decision support;
- Guiding the cost analysis process by establishing policies and procedures;
- Increasing productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools;
- Coordinating with other members of the team to review financial information and forecasts;
- Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
What are we looking for?
- Upper Intermediate English or higher (B2+);
- 2+ years of business finance or other relevant experience;
- High proficiency in financial modeling techniques;
- Experience with Power BI or any other business intelligence software;
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions;
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills;
- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines;
- Willingness to work long hours, when necessary.
