We are seeking a Manager of FP&A to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Consolidate EVRAZ NA forecast/budget for 4 Business Units, located across the U.S. and Canada;
Analyze and comprehend business unit performance through evaluation of P&L, sales/production plans, working capital levels, and key performance indicators;
Prepare and review monthly reporting to facilitate leadership analysis of business unit performance;
Prepare and review annual reporting to present the budget to NA leadership and Russian Counterparts;
Prepare the annual budget and monthly forecast for the NAHQ administrative office. Collaborate with the administrative department managers to control spend;
Prepare and analyze Business Unit and EVRAZ NA consolidated cash flows and working capital reporting, including balance sheet outlook;
Monitor EVRAZ NA Capital Expenditures to ensure budget compliance;
Prepare standard monthly reporting templates for interoffice forecast reporting;
Develop financial presentations for the Board of Directors and external parties (e.g., banks, auditors, etc.);
Support EVRAZ NA Leadership Team with ad hoc reporting requests;
Manage special projects on an as needed basis.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
MBA, CPA, and/or CFS strongly preferred
5-7 years of finance or accounting experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Financial consolidation experience required
Cash Flow and Working Capital analysis required
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint) required
Experience with Oracle Financial Systems or an aptitude for systems required
Knowledge of international financial reporting standards preferred
Must be a self-starter with initiative to work independently
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be a detail oriented and analytical problem solver
Must be able to stay organized and work efficiently under tight deadlines
Ability to function in a fast pace environment with changing deadlines and priorities. Ability to multi-task.
