Project Description
Business Systems and Services Department is responsible for the development, integration and support of corporate information systems which are aimed at helping internal business processes to run at their maximum efficiency.
We automate the following business processes: client relationships, contracts workflow, purchasing, business travel, budget planning, invoicing, recruitment, personnel administration, time and resource management, e.t.c.
Responsibilities
— working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, facilitating meetings
— finding the best solutions to internal clients` requests
— performing impact analysis, documenting requirements
— conducting presentations and demos, gathering feedback
— providing consultancy to business users
— reviewing test-plans and testing scenarios
Skills
Must have
— experience of analytical work in complex projects
— strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking
— experience in business analysis
— proactive approach and excellent communication skills
— User Story technics + Acceptance criteria
— Agile / Lean
— team player
— facilitation and presentation skills
Nice to have
— BPMN
— knowledge of various SDLC approaches and best practices
— Product owner mindset
