Responsibilities:
· Studying of innovative approaches in customer experience management in various industries and implementation of effective new practices in the company.
· Development of customer experience strategy and providing its implementation and integration to the company’s overall strategy;
· Providing regular metrics for customer experience measuring of the Company’s customers and a process for regular customers’ feedback collection;
· Providing an eco-system and supporting all Company’s strategic initiatives with building customer journey maps and analyzing the impact of initiatives on customer experience indicators;
· Ensuring a testing process of prototypes and materials, new product ideas perception by customers before the company’s products and services launch;
· Providing a regular studying process of customer expectations from the Company’s digital products, accompanying new digital products development for a better user experience ensuring, analyzing existing digital channels for suitability with customer expectations and its improvement measures;
· Implementation of cultural transformation activities to the Company’s employees in the field of customer experience and “client orientation” values.
Desired skills and experience
At least 5 years of experience in marketing or customer experience.
Management experience for at least 3 years.
Special knowledge and skills:
· Strategic and critical thinking
· Effective negotiations
· Effective management skills
· Project management
· Ability to manage cross-teams (10-15 people)
· Service design and customer journey maps creation practical skills
· Knowledge of client NPS / CSI measurements
· Analytical skills, mathematical analysis and statistics basics knowledge
· Coaching skills
