this area in the company together with us.
The main tasks for you:
Development and promotion of technical support direction;
Construction and development of direction work processes;
Support of the incident and problem management process;
Control and analysis of work results, increasing the direction efficiency;
Interaction with clients and with related divisions of the company.
Requirements
- Experience in leading a technical support team;
- Excellent knowledge of the Support processes and specifics, the desire to develop in this direction;
- In-depth knowledge of the technical support tools;
- Proficiency in English is at least B1 level;
- Experience in building processes will be an advantage.
