The rapidly expanding team includes more than 500+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA).
Responsibilities:
- Complete employee data management, update and synchronization (maintain all data pertaining to employee records that are entered by HRBP, Manager or Employee, complete pending new hire transactions or terminations, support execution of employee movements, payroll/benefits, leaves);
- HR reporting and analytics (people rotation, HC growth, paid time off usage, benefits eligibility, etc.);
- Administration of Company benefits (insurance, time off, compensations);
- Documental support (job offers, CVs, process changes, such as process maps, detailed instructions);
- Support of Office Manager (purchases, documents, orders, invoices related to HR processes) when s/he is unavailable;
- Assisting in other HR and recruiting tasks that require work with data.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in working with data is desired (but not mandatory)
- Detail orientation with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to cross reference information and proof data entered into 3 data bases
- Desirable experience of using HRIS/HCM systems
- Exceptional proficiency with MS Excel and a proven ability to manipulate data (V-Look Ups, Pivot tables, Text formulas, filters etc.) and an ability to learn required business systems
- At least intermediate English proficiency
- High attention to details
- Fast learner
- Ability to challenge and check oneself
