This position is bilingual and requires duties to be done in both English and Russian. Job offer will be contingent upon passing test(s) evaluating your proficiency in the bilingual requirements of the position. **Bilingual differential pay is provided to positions that require to use a language other than English to fulfill their job duties within their position. Bilingual differential pay is 5% of the employee’s base pay.
When you join our team, you will work with Oregonians to support the online Oregon Eligibility system, for agency programs and resources by phone to resolve any questions or concerns. ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Assist individuals with their online applicant portal eligibility account by resetting their passwords, unlocking accounts, or providing the username.
Assist individuals with setting up new accounts or disabling/deleting existing accounts.
Assist individuals by troubleshooting known errors or basic support questions.
Work with individuals to identify new errors and escalate issues to ONE Triage teams, capturing screenshots and ensuring the client is able complete the application process.
Provides specialized and technical information regarding the clients Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or ERDC benefits. Works closely with their leads when clarification is necessary. Refers clients to other agencies outside DHS/OHA when appropriate.
Provide good customer service by ensuring information provided is given timely and accurately, responses are made in a calm, courteous and respectful manner.
Update and validate non-eligibility information across multiple systems.
Customer service by phone and/or email with participants, advocates, providers, coordinated care plans, outreach facilities, medical professionals, and agency staff.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The work schedule for this position will be anywhere between from 7:00am – 7:00pm. Occasional overtime may be required. Long periods of sitting for data entry and phone coverage. Frequent phone contact with frustrated callers. Fast paced office environment constructed of cubicles, with frequent interruptions and noise level is sometimes high. Extensive use of computer. Priorities and procedures may change daily and requires the ability to be flexible in application of procedures. Team work and collaboration is essential to meeting business needs.

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY
Two years of experience either interviewing to obtain personal or technical information or substantial people contact. This experience must have involved a high volume of paperwork (e.g., assuring information on forms is complete and accurate, completing necessary documents, etc.).
College-level courses may be substituted for the experience on a year-for-year basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Verbal, reading, and written Russian language skills required.
REQUESTED SKILLS:
Experience handling confidential and/or sensitive information with attention to detail.
Experience executing multiple tasks concurrently and excellent time management skills.
Experience collaborating within a team environment.
Skill in reading and comprehending technical material.
Skill in verbal and written communication skills.
Skill using and/or operating office equipment (e.g. personal computers, calculators, etc.).
