Role description:
Viseven is looking for a talented and hardworking IFRS Manager to become a part of our Team. If you are open to professional challenges and searching for professional growth and recognition, we are waiting for you!
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements according to IFRS based on data from ERP system, calculation of necessary adjustments and corrections based on analyzed accounting standards and common industry practices
- Support for the audits of the Group and its subsidiaries communicate with auditors and consultants on financial matters
- Analysis of international accounting standards, implementation of requirements and changes in standards to corporate business processes
- Participation in the development and implementation of internal controls
- Perform monthly reconciliations of financial data between ERP and other corporate systems
- Control of correctness, timeliness and completeness of monthly period closure for IFRS and Management accounting
- Provide support in reporting connected issues for other Departments inside the Group
- Participation in management accounting projects and processes related to internal reporting
- Supervision of statutory accounting of the Group entities, including communication with external accounting providers
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience in accounting, audit, financial analysis or other related fields – min 3-4 years
- Deep knowledge of IFRS. Working in Big4, ACCA qualification is a plus
- English – Upper-Intermediate or Advanced: oral and written
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication skills: oral and written; ability to convince opponents on the truth of one’s judgments
