As an intern in the People & Culture team you’ll be able to work hands on with various HR tasks, projects and activities.
You are a team player and find energy and results in collaboration, and you are not afraid to find new ways and test and learn.
- Passion for HR processes and tools.
- Experience in Microsoft Office package (especially MS Excel and MS Word).
- Preferably knowledge in data storage cloud solutions such as SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive etc and social networks tools.
- Communication skills in written and spoken English from Intermediate level and upper.
- A can-do attitude.
- Not afraid to come up with ideas and take own initiatives.

The internship position will be based at the IKEA Kyiv city store office located near metro station Pochayna (in the Blockbuster Mall).
Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant program (preferably prior to the final year of studies) or be a recent graduate (within the last 6 months).
This is a paid internship, with an expected 20-30 hours of work per week. The duration of internship is 6 months.
