Accounting Specialist

We are now looking for a new Accounting specialist to join our dynamic team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania!

As an Accounting Specialist you will work with the other departments from finance and operation to insure a smooth close for the month end, prepare and submit specific reports for the entities that are In the portfolio.

What kind of work will you be doing?

• Prepares reports related to the projects and sending them to the persons responsible in the operation department to confirm the projects that can be closed.
• Prepares specific month-end reports.
• Participate in the specific month-end closing activities.
• Provides support to team members, when necessary, consults with them to standardize the way of working.
• It is ensured that it respects the provisions of the Accounting Law when operating the accounting notes.
• Participate in the creation of various accounting procedures in order to improve the processes.
• Performs any other tasks given by the direct manager, in relation to the responsibilities of the position or compliance with the law.
• Performs support activities agreed with the direct manager in case of team members absence.
• Flexible schedule agreed according to the needs of the clients served.
• Responsible with reporting any system issues and follow up a resolution with IT department.
• Other related duties which may be assigned by immediate superior.

What will make you successful?

Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics or student at Finance/Accounting University is preferred.

• 1-2 years relevant experience needed.
• graduate at Finance/Accounting University.
• Excel and good analytical skills.
• Attention to details.
• Language skills: English advanced.
