Team-Lead for Marketing & Product Development for a group of dedicated offerings.
Steering all marketing activities with regards to a group of dedicated offerings, aligned to the ‘four P’s’ (product availability, pricing, product placement, promotion) whilst remaining compliant with relevant Data Privacy regulations.
Essential Functions
- Development of mid- and long-term strategic marketing plans incl. participation and presentations at external conferences.
- Support the Key Account Managers and Sales Specialists with client visits, development of case studies and provision of customized solutions for clients.
- Responsibility for our competitive intelligence initiative to secure product superiority and client satisfaction.
- Realization of required product enhancements to extend the product life cycle incl. development of business case for product-related investment decisions.
- Identification of new products, service opportunities or enhancement options for IQVIA, especially using advanced technologies and applications to prepare the next level of IQVIA offerings with AI/ML capabilities.
- Leading a small team of Product Managers with respective responsibilities.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł1,80,300.00 – zł3,83,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
