Business Analyst (Middle)

Qualifications

• • 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companies
  • Upper-intermediate or Advanced English, strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in collection and elaboration of requirements
  • Experience in creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form
  • Experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices
  • Advanced knowledge of IP protocol stack, REST API design, integration protocols and data formats
  • Understanding of web and mobile application development processes
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills

Preferred Skills

• • Good knowledge of Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and Figma/Sketch/Balsamiq (or similar)
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, customer support, marketing
  • Pre-sale experience
  • Ability to make architecture-related decisions

Key Responsibilities

• • Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of Ajax intrusion system.
  • Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems;
  • Check that new requests don’t break anything in the existing product and compliant with the main product goals
  • Aid in testing of a product
