Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region. 

We are looking for:

Competitive Intelligence Manager (F&A) – Senior Manager / Director

Your future role:

  • Working closely with Engagement Partner, FMS Leader and Solution Architects on pricing, BPO cost benchmarking (incl. Competitive pricing) P/L Analytics, Market intelligence, for developing and implementing effective Pricing Strategies across the Organization,
  • Working on Pricing and structuring commercial term for proposal/ response to RFP/ RFI,
  • Developing and optimizing Commercial Pricing Models / Tools / Templates to drive margin growth,
  • In case of Complex RFPs Preparing profit & loss statement and cash flow statement for each pricing deal over the contract term to ensure that the pricing offered is not only competitive but also at good margins from a Company’s view point,
  • Maintaining and regularly update pricing history database / market intelligence,
  • Performing continual financial evaluation to assess pricing action effectiveness.

Apply if you have:

  • Finance/ Controlling background,
  • Experience in Finance Shared Services/ BPO for a Global Company,
  • Excellent analytical/numerical skills – including data analysis and reporting and working knowledge of data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.),
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • Proficient in business English.
