Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our OneSource team in Krakow.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Inquiry Management
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, web portal, or phone.
- Identify the request, provide accurate information, create Work Orders, or direct customers to the appropriate internal teams.
- Support on‑site teams and route product sales inquiries to the correct sales or service lead.
- Refer and escalate cases to internal experts as needed to ensure quick and effective resolution.
Service Scheduling & Processing
- Process and schedule service requests according to SLAs and customer Statements of Work.
- Verify equipment coverage, determine billable events, and obtain purchase orders when required.
- Schedule entitlements (PM, CAL, OQ, PQ, validations) 60–90 days in advance with PerkinElmer engineers or external providers (OEM/TPV/ISP).
- Track service events to completion and confirm customer satisfaction.
- Record all service details in SAP, ServiceMax, or customer systems and accurately enter data from Field Service Reports.
- Maintain and update customer and equipment data (new assets, removals, entitlement changes).
Communication
- Build strong rapport with technically oriented stakeholders.
- Share program updates with service providers to support timely service delivery.
- Communicate regularly with the Customer Account Coordinator to resolve open issues.
- Ensure all customer commitments are met and assist with troubleshooting discussions in a professional, diplomatic manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–3+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to work independently and in teams.
- High commitment to customer satisfaction and a proactive “bias for action.”
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Solid skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
