Your responsibilities: ????
- Answering customer requests or inquiries in Ukrainian and Russian languages,
- Comprehensive customer service in the field of solving problems related to the financial area,
- Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs,
- Delivering first-class customer experience,
- Creating a positive impression of the support team.
Our requirements: ????
- Excellent Ukrainian and Russian written and spoken language skills (C1/C2/Native)-both mandatory,
- Good command of English (B2),
- Availability to work full-time,
- Empathy, active listening, and time management skills.
