Your responsibilities: ????

  • Answering customer requests or inquiries in Ukrainian and Russian languages,
  • Comprehensive customer service in the field of solving problems related to the financial area,
  • Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs,
  • Delivering first-class customer experience,
  • Creating a positive impression of the support team.

Our requirements: ????

  • Excellent Ukrainian and Russian written and spoken language skills (C1/C2/Native)-both mandatory,
  • Good command of English (B2),
  • Availability to work full-time,
  • Empathy, active listening, and time management skills.
