EHS Manager

Your Role

• Be a key member of the Management Team, partnering with leaders to embed a proactive Health & Safety culture.
• Lead the EH&S strategy for our Siemianowice Śląskie plant and ensure compliance with Polish and EU regulations.
• Champion initiatives that protect people, the environment, and our reputation.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement EH&S programs aligned with Molex and Koch global standards.
• Manage permits, regulatory compliance, and reporting obligations.
• Conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain and improve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems; coordinate audits.
• Ensure contractor safety and oversee high-risk activities.
• Deliver impactful EH&S training and inspire employees to take ownership of safety.
• Drive emergency preparedness and sustainability projects.
• Manage BDO reporting for waste management compliance (Polish environmental database).

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Occupational Safety or related field.
• 5–7 years of EH&S experience in manufacturing (must have).
• Strong leadership and influencing skills to engage all levels of the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish/EU EH&S regulations.
• Expertise in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Mandatory knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements (automotive quality management).
• Proficiency in Polish and good communication skills in English.
