Your Role
- Be a key member of the Management Team, partnering with leaders to embed a proactive Health & Safety culture.
- Lead the EH&S strategy for our Siemianowice Śląskie plant and ensure compliance with Polish and EU regulations.
- Champion initiatives that protect people, the environment, and our reputation.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement EH&S programs aligned with Molex and Koch global standards.
- Manage permits, regulatory compliance, and reporting obligations.
- Conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
- Maintain and improve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems; coordinate audits.
- Ensure contractor safety and oversee high-risk activities.
- Deliver impactful EH&S training and inspire employees to take ownership of safety.
- Drive emergency preparedness and sustainability projects.
- Manage BDO reporting for waste management compliance (Polish environmental database).
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Occupational Safety or related field.
- 5–7 years of EH&S experience in manufacturing (must have).
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to engage all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Polish/EU EH&S regulations.
- Expertise in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Mandatory knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements (automotive quality management).
- Proficiency in Polish and good communication skills in English.
