Finance & Accounting specialist supporting Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations and month end close activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations in Cadency system

  • Execute and review the month and close deliverables according to USGAAP

  • Manage accounting Hire to Retire activities (payroll booking and accruals, workforce planning, rewards)

  • Trend analysis and flux explanations for Balance Sheet Review process

  • Actively participate in standardization projects, support design and continuous process improvement initiatives

  • Support Country Financial Reviews & Audits

  • Provide ad-hoc consultation to customers and other stakeholders

  • Support compliance policies implementation and audit management as well as transitions

  • Identify issues and propose solutions to a more senior individual contributors or manager

Education and Experience Required:

  • University Degree – Accounting/Finance/Economic preferred

  • Min 2 years of work experience, previous experience in area of finance and accounting would be an asset

  • Fluent English, other language would be an advantage

  • Advanced problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrate initiative

  • Focus on quality and compliance
