What you will do:

• Installation and configuration of a software;
• Management of user accounts;
• Configuration of the office network;
• Equipment and setting up the workstations;
• Consultation, and technical support;
• Collaboration with IT teams;
• Data backup and recovering;
• Technical documentation updates, and reporting;
• Monitoring, and troubleshoot of a system.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 1+ year of experience in a system or network administration;
• Proficiency in computer networks and protocols, including basic network topology, OSI model, and network protocol principles;
• Skilled in deploying and maintaining workstations on Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
• Proficiency in remote user support;
• Experience with Windows Server;
• Knowledge in working with network equipment such as Mikrotik, D-Link, Tp-Link, and Ubiquiti;
• Capability of configuring hardware (servers and computers), and troubleshooting hardware issues;
• Experience with VPN and familiarity with protocols such as VPN, RDP, VDI, DNS, HTTP, and SSH;
• Proficiency in Bash or PowerShell scripting;
• Experience with video monitoring, and access control systems;
• Written and spoken English from Intermediate (B1) level or higher;
• Strong soft skills in user communication, teamwork, and proactivity.
