With love and passion for the traditional bakery trade, we, as an owner-managed family business, have been delighting our customers with fresh and delicious baked goods for over 100 years.

From the beginning we have stood for traditional recipes as well as selected ingredients and raw materials, which are sourced from the local region as far as possible. With now 160 specialist shops and around 1500 employees, we are always anxious to keep growing so that we can spoil even more people with our fresh baked goods every day.

You oversee the creation process of our diverse baked goods and ensure impeccable quality

YOUR JOB WITH US – AS DIVERSE AS YOU ARE…

• Leading a technical team, including staff training and development
• You independently monitor and control various projects and production facilities in compliance with occupational safety, quality and hygiene standards
• You introduce innovative technologies to improve processes and optimize costs
• You support improvement projects in your work area
• You take measures to secure process flows and production
• You install machines/production systems and carry out commissioning

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS…

• You have successfully completed your vocational training as a master electronics engineer, mechatronics engineer, locksmith or industrial mechanic
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the areas of maintenance and repair of machines, desirable but not mandatory
• You already have some leadership experience
• You have technical understanding, are good at operating machines and are skilled at working with your hands
• You enjoy working with people and machines
• You are reliable, committed and enjoy working in a team
• You are flexible and changing working hours (shifts, weekend work or on-call duty) are no problem for you
• You have a class B driving license
• You are familiar with common MS Office applications
