About This Role

As a Helpdesk technican, in Technical Support team, your role will be delivering high-quality customer service and efficiently resolving basic technical issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 IT support in Polish and Italian via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Handle user inquiries related to web tools and platforms
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and effective customer service

Position Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) – required
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) – required
  • English or any additional language is a plus
  • Previous experience in Helpdesk, IT support, or customer service
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, including browsers, email clients, and web-based tools
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus
