About This Role
As a Helpdesk technican, in Technical Support team, your role will be delivering high-quality customer service and efficiently resolving basic technical issues.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 IT support in Polish and Italian via phone and email
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Handle user inquiries related to web tools and platforms
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and effective customer service
Position Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) – required
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) – required
- English or any additional language is a plus
- Previous experience in Helpdesk, IT support, or customer service
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, including browsers, email clients, and web-based tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus
