NCE Team Leader IBM

Job Purpose:

Lead and grow TD SYNNEX’s IBM-focused business in Poland, delivering profitable growth and market leadership. Drive strategy, solutions, and go-to-market plans with a focus on public sector opportunities, European funding programs, and industries such as energy, healthcare, public administration, environmental protection, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IBM BU strategy aligned with TD SYNNEX’s growth goals.
• Integrate deep knowledge of the Polish public market and EU funds into business planning.
• Build and scale IBM solutions, including Technology-as-a-Service (TaaS).
• Manage BU portfolio, onboarding new vendors and optimizing results.
• Align procurement and vendor strategies for optimal availability and trading terms.
• Lead, develop, retain, and engage a high-performing team with succession planning.
• Enable sales teams to grow market share and meet P&L targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to deliver impactful IBM campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with IBM, vendors, and public sector stakeholders.

Requirements

• Expertise in public market procurement and targeted industry sectors.
• Knowledge of European funds — allocation, compliance, and maximizing impact.
• Experience in IT industry channel/vendor management, ideally with IBM.
• Strong orientation towards services and solution selling.
• High emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills.
• Skilled in multi-level relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
• Strategic planning and business case development expertise.
• Demonstrable team leadership and people management experience.
• P&L ownership and operational excellence in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication skills — ability to explain complex topics simply.
• Business analysis and administration skills across sales, marketing, finance, HR, and operations.
• Project leadership — delegation, tracking, and measuring success.
