People Business Partner Ukraine and Romania, CHC

JOB PURPOSE

This role will deliver P&C strategy & support for all Commercial Operations, Business partnering functions & global/regional above country CHC teams based in Ukraine and Romania,. Specifically, the role entails:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translating business strategy of these countries into a clear and appealing people agenda, for the CHC Commercial affiliate as well as for other functions.
  • Provide strategic P&C consulting to GMs, business leaders and zone-based populations
  • Drive specific people approaches to address specific CHC business needs & challenges
  • Lead the local social agenda(s) in particular with focus on Platinum
  • Managing the Nexus team in Romania and supporting the newly implemented BPO model

P&C Strategy:

  • Engage behind a clear people strategy, setting common priorities but also driving specific P&C initiatives designed to address specific needs of the different teams (Commercial Operations affiliate, above-site business partnering functions…)
  • Contribute to deploy CHC P&C global roadmap & initiatives within the countries
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the business leaders across functions. Create a strategic collaborative partnership to facilitate implementation P&C initiatives; Partner with Leaders to make best decisions on people- and organization-related issues
  • Acts as the single point of contact locally to drive transversal topics & coordinate common processes at national level, across functions, supporting the CHC zone head
  • Actively contributes to CHC P&C CEE and EULA roadmap
  • Culture: drives a solid CHC consumer centric culture

People and organizational development:

  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Drive local talent pool identification & solid succession planning within CHC but also besides CHC to foster cross BU & functions mobilities with a Sanofi group approach
  • Capabilities & Change Management: Help build capabilities for critical competencies; initiate, coordinate & support change initiatives related to cultural transformation, leadership & management
  • Manage organizational changes
  • Ensure processes are compliant with local regulations
  • Ensure proactive and lean collaboration with P&C community in order to ensure consistency of P&C activities & initiatives across the zone
  • Be an enabler of creating a thriving culture and supporting a purposeful experience for our people

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Strong experience in human resources management, within multinational FMCG / pharma corporations as well as in different cultures would be ideal
  • Languages: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Ukrainian. Romanian language would be highly welcomed
  • Well rounded experience in leadership development, career consulting, compensation, employee relations, culture transformation, and change management
