We are seeking a Pricing & Yield Analyst to support the optimization and monetization of Reuters digital advertising services. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Pricing & Yield, this role will play a vital role in optimizing ad product performance, driving profitability, and providing valuable insights across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the team’s strategic objectives.

About the Role

As a Pricing & Yield Analyst, you will:

  • Help develop and maintain reporting and analytics tools to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Identify and report on key digital advertising inventory metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, developing dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving digital landscape to inform strategic recommendations and drive innovation.

Pricing & Monetization:

  • Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies for ad products.
  • Approve media plans for pricing and packaging, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and commercial rules.
  • Help implement best practices and processes for pricing controls and yield management.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Support the Senior Manager in partnerships with Product, Editorial, and Sales teams to enhance ad offerings.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations teams to assist with campaign optimization and manage deal delivery issues.
  • Help guide and communicate monetization and yield strategy to other internal stakeholders.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Pricing & Yield Analyst if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in pricing, yield management, or ad operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of digital media landscape and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn continuously.
