Elekta is seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercialization Manager for our Linac portfolio across Eastern Region Europe. In this role, you will drive commercial performance, shape market strategy, and ensure successful product adoption in a region with significant growth opportunity.

You will act as the key connection between regional customers and Elekta’s global product & technology teams—bringing the customer voice into product development and enabling strong commercial execution in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing Linac products.
• Localise product messaging and positioning to fit Eastern European markets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product performance to inform strategy and decision making.

Product Launch & Lifecycle Management

• Lead cross‑functional coordination for successful product launches.
• Support ongoing portfolio lifecycle management.

Commercial Enablement

• Provide sales training, tools, and commercial guidance to field teams.
• Support regional pricing and reimbursement activities.

Customer Engagement & Insight

• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary voice of the customer to global business line and product & technology teams.
• Gather and communicate customer insights to influence product development and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in medical device commercial roles (sales, marketing, market development, or similar).
• Knowledge of Linac technology and clinical environments preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
