Join our IT Operations Team to lead and deliver complex IT projects across Danaher Corporate IT and the enterprise. You’ll drive project excellence in IT Operations, managing projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Kraków, and will be on-site (Kraków in Poland).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Define scope, create plans, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Lead governance, reporting, and resource/cost planning
- Oversee vendor selection and third-party management
- Coordinate internal teams and support change readiness
- Collaborate with Finance for budget accuracy and forecasting
- Enhance project management frameworks and mentor others
About You:
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with 5+ years’ experience in project management, ideally PMP/PRINCE2 certified
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, to scope and budget
- Skilled in IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, and SaaS implementation, with experience in office build-outs preferred
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent risk and issue management
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
