Mission

Responsible for developing concrete sales within the assigned territory by managing relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. Contributes to achieving sales targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction in line with the company’s commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities within the assigned area and achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and credit limits within the approved authority.
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer portfolio through regular client meetings and prospecting visits.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, quality, and other departments to resolve customer issues related to products and deliveries.
  • Monitor customer payments and support debt collection activities when needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University degree in Technical or Commercial field.
  • 3-4 years of sales experience; experience in concrete sales represents an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Intermediate English level and valid driving license.
  • Clean Driving licence
