Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team and cluster leader with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and CLM updates.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Contribute to process improvements and organizational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good command of English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
