As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll be more than just a numbers expert—you’ll be a mentor, a problem-solver, and a strategic contributor.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Train new team members and deliver engaging refreshers to keep everyone aligned and informed.
• Coach for Success: Guide the AP team through the P2P process, ensuring a solid backup plan is always in place.
• Standardize & Streamline: Own and update SOPs, helping shape a consistent and efficient AP process.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Act as the escalation point for complex AP issues and provide hands-on support.
• Solve & Support: Tackle aged items, blocked invoices, GRNI, debit balances, and down payment requests with confidence.
• Analyze & Improve: Dive into monthly metrics, uncover insights, and recommend process enhancements.
• Ensure Compliance: Monitor AP operations to guarantee SOX P2P controls are met and maintained.
• Drive Change: Get involved in exciting P2P projects that

What We Need:

• Experience: 2.5+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in the Accounting / Finance / Economics
• Tool: SAP, Microsoft Office
• Language: English
