Description Overview

It’s a really exciting time to be part of Perrigo! We’re looking for a curious, ambitious, Senior TA Coordinator to join our amazing team based in Warsaw. The role is offered on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract with a view to a more permanent option longer terrm. This role would be perfect for someone who has experience in a TA function in a Junior Recruiter or a busy TA Coordinator role. Our ambition is that you would develop into a TA Partner and we’ll give you the support and experience you need to do this.

You’ll be part of our Global People Solutions team, partnering with hiring teams and HR colleagues. Your primary client group will be based in Warsaw however, you might also get involved with other Global projects and hiring campaigns.

Scope of the Role

  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience through the interview, offer and onboarding process. 
  • Managing the interview schedule and logistics between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Scheduling a high volume of phone, in-person, and video interviews.
  • Contacting candidates and potentially conducting initial interviews with them in Polish and English.
  • Maintaining a clear recruiting workflow by updating candidate and requisition status in Success Factors.
  • Working alongside our Employee Lifecycle and HR teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires and assisting with induction activity.
  • Editing and posting job advertisements.
  • Sourcing and building pipeline using local job boards, LinkedIn.
  • Managing correspondence with 3rd party suppliers as required. 
  • Building positive relationships with candidates and hiring teams, truly representing as a strong brand ambassador for Perrigo.

Experience Required

  • Experience supporting in a busy TA function within a volume driven environment, providing exceptional coordinator support to hiring teams and candidates. 
  • Highly organised, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy are a top priority.
  • Ability to work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environments.
  • Experience in searching and conducting recruitment projects on your own would be a distinct advantage.
  • Knowledge of English allowing for free communication, level min. B2
  • Tech savvy – you have a solid knowledge of MS Office suite and Applicant Tracking System – ideally SuccessFactors but not essential. As long as you are comfortable with technology, this is the important part.
  • Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all layers of the organisation.
  • A self-starter, you enjoy working in a role to apply your own initiative, bringing a level of professional maturity to leave your comfort zone and take on new tasks. 
  • Naturally curious, you can spot opportunities to be more creative, innovative and effective.
