Senior Media Buyer (Ukraine)

for Senior Media Buyer! You’ll manage campaigns, collaborate with creatives, and drive continuous growth with no budget limits—all while ensuring a positive ROAS. If you’re analytical, innovative, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Get ready to

• Manage and optimize large scale budgets to achieve the defined ROI for Facebook
• Lead the team of other media buyers and also performance creatives and designers
• Do market and customer research to come up with new strategies for testing or scaling
• Test and manage other paid social channels (TikTok, Twitter, Native Ads, Pinterest, etc.)
• Jump into the fast growing and learning environment
• Play an important role in project success and take responsibility for your decisions

We expect you to

• Have at least 2 years of experience in Meta media buying
• Be skilled in strategizing, planning, and goal achievement
• Preferably have experience in digital eCommerce
• Be familiar with third-party analytics tools (e.g., Northbeam)
• Have strong attention to detail and excellent time management
• Possess copywriting skills to create short and compelling ad copy (a plus)
• Be able to prioritize workflow effectively
• Strong skills in English and fluent Lithuanian

Salary

Gross salary range is 4500 – 5500EUR/month.
