We’re looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our Fulfillment Planner Team in Piła.

What you’ll do
- Being responsible for predicting how much inventory will be needed over the next 18 months.
- Managing different planning parameters to make sure we have enough inventory and manufacturing capacity.
- Creating plans for how customer orders will be received and fulfilled.
- Working with the team on finding the solutions if there would be any issues with fulfilling orders or keeping customers happy.
- Keeping an eye on team’s performance and looking for ways to save costs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with different teams and suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, other planning tools (IBP/APO, SAP)
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Business-oriented, customer service mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basics in Logistics (DC operations, transportation, customs)
