The Role
At Imperial Brands, our Coding & Tracking (C&T) processes are fundamental to how we operate. With over 85% of our product volume relying on compliant C&T systems, this role is critical to ensuring we can produce, distribute, and sell across 50+ regulated markets.
As a Track & Trace Specialist, you’ll be the anchor point between operations, compliance, and IT keeping our systems running, solving issues before they escalate, and driving continuous improvement.

Principle Accountabilities
- Provide functional support and consultancy for Track & Trace systems across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Investigate and resolve operational incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor system performance and create compliance and efficiency reports to identify improvements.
- Own and operate designated C&T processes, including configuration, user support, and training.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge assets, ensuring best practices are shared across teams.
- Support Track & Trace projects and deployments, from upgrades to process transitions.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, compliance, or system/process support (FMCG, pharma, tobacco, or regulated industries preferred).
- Hands-on exposure to SAP/ERP or similar.
- Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving abilities.
- Effective cross-functional communicator, able to collaborate with both operational and technical teams.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Polish or German are an advantage).
- Self-driven and structured, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
